How to make an order?
Step 1: Register an account with us.
Step 2: Log on with USERNAME and PASSWORD.
Step 3: Add item(s) to the shopping cart.
Step 4: Select the product(s) required.
Step 5: Select the preferred payment method and delivery mode.
Step 6: Verify the order and mailing details and proceed to checkout.
Step 7: Receive the confirmation email with final payment details and shipping fee within 1-2 working days. (Please check your spam mail in case email is not found in the inbox.)
Step 8: Proceed with the payment via bank transfer or Paypal to us within the next 2 days.
Step 9: Order will be canceled automatically if no payment is received within 2 working days.
Step 10: Your item(s) will be posted out once the full payment is completed.

What are the shipping options, delivery fee and estimated delivery time?
– Local posting by Singpost will take 2 to 4 working days (Sat, Sun and Public Holiday are not included).
– Free delivery for orders of S$108.00 and above.
– As seller NO longer take risk nor be responsible for any delayed or lost mail via normal posting, we removed this unsafe option.
– A delivery fee of S$3.50 for Registered Mail with tracking no. – highly recommended.
– Self-collection or Cash on Collection is available for orders above S$50.00 at Bukit Batok West Ave 8 only.
Malaysia & other overseas customers:
– Registered Mail is compulsory.

– The default setting for international shipping fee is S$6.00 – min. shipping fee (during checkout), it will be calculated and updated in the final bill when we resend the confirmation order again.
– Standard delivery time for:
- Malaysia and other Asia countries = 6 to 10 working days.
- Other Countries = 8 to 14 working days.
Do you have any exchange policy?
– Most products are not refundable or exchangeable with other product due to hygiene reason.
– Nevertheless, if wrong or defect item sent, an exchange can be done within 3 working days after parcel received. Any request made after 3 working days will not be entertained.
